Additionally contained in this recent image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying various parts of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
